ABOUT RESAVATION

Q,Can I pay when I arrive?

A,We request our guests to pay by credit card or bank transfer in advance.

 

Q,Do you charge cancellation fee?

A,Yes, cancellation fee will be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.

 

Q: Do you have an age limit?

A: Yes. We cannot accept minors without supervision.

 

Q,What time is check-in and checkout?

A,Our check-in time is between 3:00pm and 6:00pm. Checkout time is 11am.

ROOMS

Q,Do the rooms have a kitchen?

A,No. The rooms do not have a kitchen (for fire safety reasons). However, there are tea-making facilities.

Q,Do you have the internet?

A,Yes. We have wifi connection in our Ryokan.

Q,Can I smoke in the room?

A,No. Our ryokan is a non-smoking facility. We kindly request our guests to refrain from smoking outside our Ryokan as well.

Q,Can I bring my pet?

A,No. Our ryokan cannot accommodate pets.

 

Q, Do you have a car park?

A,No. We do not have a car park. We kindly request our guests to use nearby parking facilities.

Q,Do you have staff 24 hours a day?

A,No. We believe in offering a relaxing and personal environment for our guests. However, our staff will show you through the Ryokan when you arrive.

 

Q,How many people can stay?

A,We recommend the maximum of 6 people. There are 6 sets of futons in each room. Also two rooms can be connected for a larger group.

Our ryokan is a licensed accommodation in accordance with the accommodation industry regulations. The facility is not for a medium or long-term lease. Terms of use of our facility are equivalent to those for hotels and other ryokans.
